Listellick has a long and proud tradition of competing in the Credit Union Schools Quiz. Each year around 25,000 children from the all over Ireland participate in this quiz. There are two levels in this, Competition A for children under 11 and Competition B for children under 13.
It is a wonderful competition that gives children an opportunity to showcase their extensive knowledge on anything from Shakespeare or World War 2 to famous G.A.A. players or the latest online craze. Aside from that much more is gained from taking part in the competition it is a fantastic opportunity for children to learn to work together as a team. It also helps with their decision-making skills and regardless of the result it is always a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

As with previous School Quizzes, there are two Categories:
Comp A: Under 11 – for entrants aged 10 or younger on 31st December 2023 (Rounds 1 to 10)
Comp B: Under 13 – for entrants aged 12 or younger on 31st December 2023 (Rounds 1 to 12 – two extra rounds)
We raise our children from 6 months to 7 years old.
There is a half-day and all-day training program
Our classrooms are for 10 people. No additional quotas provided.
Teaching English, French and German. (German extra charge)
We are a co-educational school with 200 pupils in single stream classes. We are located on the Abbeydorney Road on the outskirts of Tralee town overlooking the beautiful Tralee Bay.
